Claiming of shares from Piramal Pharma Escrow account

Pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal on 22nd August 2022, shareholders of Piramal Enterprises Limited (PEL) were allotted shares in the Company. In terms of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, shares were issued and allotted in dematerialized form only. In view of this, equity shares which were allotted to those shareholders who hold shares of PEL in physical form, have been credited into Piramal Pharma Escrow Account opened by the Company for this purpose.

The shareholder can claim shares from Piramal Pharma Escrow Account by providing the RTA (LinkIntime India Pvt. Ltd), the details of the demat account, the duly filled and signed Schedule 1 along with requisite documents listed therein.

Further for claiming shares from Piramal Pharma Escrow Account pursuant to transmission/ transposition/ name change/name deletion, you are requested to send the RTA (LinkIntime India Pvt. Ltd) the duly filled and signed Schedule 2 along with requisite documents listed therein.

The Company through its RTA, on receipt of the demat account details and necessary documentation will credit the Equity Shares to the beneficiary demat account(s) after due validation.

Nomination Form

Section 72 of the Companies Act, 2013 provides for Nomination by shareholders of the Company in the prescribed Form No. SH-13. Shareholders are requested to avail of this facility. You may download this form by clicking here. Kindly send a duly filled and signed copy of the same to the Company’s Share Transfer Agents for registration. In case of Joint Holders, all Joint holders are required to sign on the aforesaid form.

The Nomination Form may be cancelled or varied by nominating any other person in place of the present Nominee, by giving such notice in the prescribed Form SH-14. Where the Nominee is a Minor, the shareholder may appoint any other person in Form SH-14, who shall become entitled to the securities of the Company, in the event of death of the Nominee during his minority.
